Robert Becker is an associate in the Milan office. His practice focuses on securities, primarily in the debt and equity capital markets, assisting with United States and New York law issues for Italian-based transactions.
Robert assists corporate issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with secured and unsecured debt offerings, including high yield debt and straight private placements pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Robert also works on equity offerings, particularly IPOs, both with issuers and underwriters involved in such transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2014, Robert practiced in the New York and Milan offices of other international law firms.
Intesa Sanpaolo in connection with the update to its Medium Term Note Programme, including an upsize of the programme to US$50 billion, as well as with respect to two issuances each of US$1.25 billion of senior bonds issued under the Medium Term Note Programme.
