Overview

Samuel is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in international insolvency proceedings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions.

As a law student, Samuel served as the Manuscripts and Symposium Editor for The Journal of Business & Technology Law.
