Sarah's experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation including EPC contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, design and build contracts, consultant appointments, performance bonds and parent company guarantees. Advising lenders in relation to the preparation and negotiation of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contracts, in connection with the expansion of a world-scale fertiliser plant in Nigeria.

Acting for the owner in the development of EPC contracts for the proposed development of a multi-billion dollar petrochemicals processing facility in Egypt.

Advising the owner in relation to the design, construction and commissioning of a nuclear power plant in Argentina.

Acting for the procurer in relation to the preparation of EPC and O&M agreements in connection with the development of a reverse osmosis water treatment plant in Abu Dhabi.

Advising lenders in relation to EPC and O&M contracts for the expansion of an airport in Saudi Arabia.
