Overview

Sarah is an associate in the Construction & Engineering group of the Firm's London office.  

She specialises in non-contentious construction law, with a strong international focus. Her work spans the construction and energy sectors. Sarah's experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation including EPC contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, design and build contracts, consultant appointments, performance bonds and parent company guarantees. Her clients include project sponsors, contractors, developers, lenders, owners and operators.

Advising a project company in relation to the drafting and negotiation of an EPC contract, for the design and construction of an anaerobic digestion plant.*

Advising a contractor in relation to the drafting and negotiation of a sub-contract for high voltage submarine cable burial works.*

Advising developers of two large regeneration projects in southern England in relation to all construction documentation.*

Advising in relation to all construction documentation and project security on major student accommodation developments in London and Birmingham.*

Advising an off-site construction contractor in relation to the construction aspects of two student accommodation projects, and three hotel projects, in the U.K.*
