Sarah's experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation including EPC contracts, BOOT contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, design and build contracts, consultant appointments, performance bonds and parent company guarantees (and advising on disputes in relation to the same). Her clients include project sponsors, contractors, developers, lenders, owners and operators.
