Sarah is an associate in the Construction & Engineering group of the Firm's London office.
She specialises in non-contentious construction law, with a strong international focus. Her work spans the construction and energy sectors. Sarah's experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation including EPC contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, design and build contracts, consultant appointments, performance bonds and parent company guarantees. Her clients include project sponsors, contractors, developers, lenders, owners and operators.
Acting for a joint venture party in relation to the development of a FEED and project management consultancy contract, in connection with a multi-billion dollar petrochemical facility in Saudi Arabia.
Advising lenders in relation to the preparation and negotiation of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contracts, in connection with the expansion of a world-scale fertiliser plant in Nigeria.
Acting for the owner in the development of EPC contracts for the proposed development of a multi-billion dollar petrochemicals processing facility in Egypt.
Advising the owner in relation to the design, construction and commissioning of a nuclear power plant in Argentina.
Acting for the procurer in relation to the preparation of EPC and O&M agreements in connection with the development of a reverse osmosis water treatment plant in Abu Dhabi.
