Overview

Sudhir Nair is a partner based in London. Sudhir has an established track record of advising both lenders and borrowers on a diverse range of financing arrangements. His primary focus includes: syndicated bank lending, structured finance, real estate finance (including senior and mezzanine investment financings, sharia-compliant financings, development financings, loan sales and loan on loan financings) acquisition-driven financing and distressed debt restructuring.

Sudhir also has extensive experience advising lenders and financial sponsors on a variety of cross-border and domestic leveraged infrastructure financings, and has additional experience advising bank lenders and sponsors on financing transactions in the emerging markets (including India).

Sudhir sits on the LMA's documentation committee for Real Estate Finance. Legal 500 (2020) noted Sudhir to be "diligent, detail oriented and notably strong in handling distressed assets".
