Overview
Wassim is an associate in our Corporate and M&A practice. Wassim has acted on transactions across various sectors, including e-commerce, construction development and travel and tourism. Clients have included financial sponsors, public and private companies, banks and funds.
Wassim joined the Dubai office of White & Case in 2023, prior to which, he worked for an international US firm in its Riyadh office.

Recent experience includes advising clients in connection with the: *
- acquisition of the entire share capital of one of the major development companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
- acquisition of a significant minority stake in four of the largest construction companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that have a track record of executing and managing large scale projects;
- acquisition of 70% of one of the largest e-commerce applications in the middle east;
- carve-out of selected business units and operations from a corporate group into the target company and the acquisition of the entire share capital of said company;
- acquisition of the entire share capital of one of the largest companies in the fields of iron and steel industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
