Having taken the time to study White & Case's particular culture, that of other law firms and the great experience of our corporate clients, we understood the complexity of the challenge that diversifying a workplace poses and took our first steps to meeting it by bringing together approximately 100 lawyers of diverse backgrounds from our offices around the globe to share, network, develop and implement strategic programs to produce long-term results in improving the recruitment, retention and advancement of minority lawyers at the Firm.
