We often work with our clients prior to the issuance of any arbitral award or court judgment to develop a plan for the potential enforcement, attachment, and execution phases of a dispute.
We represent our clients in proceedings for the recognition, annulment or vacatur of arbitral awards in jurisdictions around the world and have vast experience with enforcement proceedings under the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards and the ICSID Convention.
We have specialized expertise in matters involving States, State-owned entities and international organizations.
