Issue: WECC found that the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) did not timely respond to a request in March 2011 from a member of the planning staff of an adjacent entity to provide steady-state modeling and simulation data.

Finding: WECC found that this issue constituted only a minimal risk to the BPS since BPA was only two days late in providing the requested information. The delay did not have an impact on the timing of the analysis.
