White & Case advises AFI Europe on €160.5 million acquisition of Office House in Warsaw

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised AFI Europe N.V. ("AFI") on the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in the Office House building in Warsaw, from Echo Investment S.A. This transaction gives AFI the full ownership of the Office House, the first office building within the large-scale mixed-use Towarowa 22 development.

Valued at €160.5 million, the Office House opened in May 2025 and offers approximately 32,000 square metres of premium office space designed to accommodate approximately 3,000 employees. The building is known for its sustainability credentials, having achieved a record-breaking BREEAM Outstanding certificate score of 97.9% - the highest ever attained in Warsaw and among the best worldwide. The Office House is powered entirely by renewable energy and features a triple-layer facade, advanced heat recovery systems and intelligent building management technologies, setting a new benchmark in eco-friendly office design.
