White & Case Advises Antin Infrastructure Partners on Sale of Roadchef

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Antin Infrastructure Partners on the sale of Roadchef to a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management.

Roadchef is a leading UK motorway service area (MSA) operator, with 30 locations and serving over 52 million customers every year. Roadchef was one of the first MSA operators to roll out electric vehicle (EV) charging points and will play a key role in the UK's journey to Net Zero by enabling EV adoption.
