White & Case Advises Bank Consortium on Raiffeisen Bank International's Debut Issue of Green Bond in Ordinary Senior Eligible Notes Format

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a bank syndicate composed of Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank AG, on Raiffeisen Bank International's debut issue of a €750 million green bond issued in the format of ordinary senior eligible notes.

The notes have a term of seven years and an annual interest rate of 0.375%, and were admitted to trading on the official market of the Vienna stock exchange and on the regulated market of the Luxembourg stock exchange.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Jochen Artzinger-Bolten with support from associates Florian Fraunhofer and Claire-Marie Mallad.
