Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carlyle Global Credit, the credit arm of the global investment firm Carlyle, on a bond financing package of up to €500 million for Onepoint.
Headquartered in Paris, Onepoint is a European consulting firm specialising in digital transformation for corporates and government agencies, present across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Onepoint will use the financing to accelerate growth in its core markets and refinance its existing bonds.
