Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised The Carlyle Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Memsource, a leading Czech translation business, from its existing shareholders.
Memsource management, including Founder and CEO David Canek, remain shareholders in the business.

Since it was founded in 2010, it has pioneered the first AI-powered Machine Translation Enablement (MTE) platform, sitting at the nexus of a US$23 billion market.
