In return for its €1.5 billion minority investment in the commercial subsidiary's capital, CVC will hold a 13.0 percent stake, valuing the entire share capital of the commercial subsidiary at €11.5 billion.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2022, after consultation with the LFP's employee representative bodies and the fulfillment of the usual conditions, including the approval of the relevant competition authorities.
