White & Case advises DeA Capital Real Estate on sale of Italian logistics portfolio

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DeA Capital Real Estate SGR on the sale of a portfolio of an Italian logistics real estate assets to EQT Real Estate and Kryalos SGR.

The portfolio includes four logistics properties strategically located in key northern Italian markets, serving major logistics and distribution hubs. The assets benefit from prime positioning within established logistics corridors and represent a high quality portfolio aligned with current market demand for modern logistics space.
