White & Case Advises Hayfin-Managed Funds on Unitranche Financing for L-GAM Portfolio Company Vinventions

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised funds managed by Hayfin on a unitranche financing for L-GAM portfolio company Vinventions.
 
Hayfin is a leading alternative asset management firm which, since inception, has invested more than €30 billion of capital across more than 420 portfolio companies. Vinventions is a provider of wine closure solutions designed to maximize performance, design and sustainability. L-GAM is a long term oriented investment company with capital commitments in excess of €1 billion.
