White & Case Advises Morgan Stanley on US$295 Million Refinancing for Tensar Corp.

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley, as sole lead arranger, in private equity firm Castle Harlan's US$295 million refinancing for its portfolio company Tensar Corp. The financing included a privately placed US$220 million first-lien term loan and US$75 million second-lien term loan.

Tensar Corporation is the industry leader in soil stabilization and reinforcement. It helps engineers, contractors and owners use geogrids and geopiers to achieve more cost-effective, reliable solutions for soil stabilization, pavement construction, earth reinforcement and other site development challenges around the world.

The White & Case Private Credit & Direct Lending team was led by partner David Bilkis, and included counsel William Robertson, and associates Joe Babitz (all in New York) and Forrest Brown (Houston).
