White & Case advises Prelios SGR on €124 million financing for Italian logistics developments

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Prelios SGR S.p.A., acting on behalf and in the interest of closed-end real estate alternative investment fund 'Iron', on the real estate and administrative aspects of a €124 million financing to support the development of a portfolio of Italian logistics assets located in Fara in Sabina and in Campagnano di Roma.

The financing represents an important step in advancing the Iron fund's logistics platform in Italy and will support the development of new grade-A facilities in strategic locations in the Lazio region, an area experiencing strong demand for modern logistics infrastructure which is a sector that continues to attract strong institutional investor interest.

The White & Case team in Milan that advised on the transaction included partner Domenico Fanuele, local partner Davide Cavazzana and associate Francesco Speciale.
