Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP) on a major refinancing of its debt facilities.
"This landmark refinancing will provide NSMP with a platform for growth and investment in its business,” said White & Case partner Simon Caridia, who led the Firm’s deal team. “The transaction is further evidence of strong support for the NSMP management team and its expansion plans."
NSMP is the owner and developer of large scale midstream oil & gas infrastructure assets in the North Sea including processing and transportation facilities.
The amount of the refinancing package is confidential but comprises drawn and undrawn term facilities together with a revolving credit facility and includes the flexibility for further debt raising in the future to support expansion.
Signing took place on 10 November 2020 and completion occurred on 11 November 2020.
