White & Case Advises Banking Group on Proposed Takeover of Bourbon by Jaccar Holdings
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, Natixis and Société Générale on the financing of the proposed public takeover bid by Jaccar Holdings for Bourbon.
Jaccar is focused on marine and offshore activities that include building, owning and operating ships. Listed on the Paris Euronext with shares traded on Eurolist Compartment A, Bourbon is a leader in offshore oil and gas marine services.
Jaccar filed a €24 per share takeover bid for the shares in Bourbon with the French Financial Markets Authority on April 30, 2014, representing a valuation of the company of around €1.8 billion.
