White & Case Advises on Sale of Project Development International Limited to Tattva International Holdings

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the selling shareholder on the sale of oil & gas industry-focused engineering consultancy Project Development International Limited to Singapore-based Tattva International Holdings, part of the India-based Tattva Group.
