Biography
Abdullah Alshakrah is an Associate in the Disputes practice in Riyadh. His practice covers litigation and both investment and commercial arbitration. He also supports clients with risk management and dispute avoidance.
Prior to joining White & Case, Abdullah gained experience in dispute resolution and transactional work at a leading law firm in Riyadh.

Representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in PCCW Cascade (Middle East) Ltd. v. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an ICSID arbitration under the Saudi Arabia-China BIT relating to the claimant's interests in a telecommunications operator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Represented a respondent in a JAMS arbitration against executives over employment compensation and incentive packages.
Advising employers on claims and dispute avoidance under construction contracts.
Advised a joint venture partner in resolving a shareholder dispute through amicable settlement.
Represented a financial institution in ad-hoc arbitration arising from a dispute concerning a stock market data licensing agreement.*
Represented an employer in ad-hoc arbitration arising from a dispute concerning a security services contract.*
Advised a plaintiff in a securities dispute before the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes arising from a SAFE Note.*
Advised GOSI on restructuring its real estate investment subsidiaries following its merger with PPA.*
