Representative experience includes advising in connection with a number of capital markets and debt finance transactions for:

Stadshypotek AB (publ) as issuer in relation to consent solicitations to modify the asset cover pool of the following bonds, issued under its Euro Medium Term Covered Note Programme: €500 million 0.375 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2024, €500 million 0.125 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2026, €500 million 0.750 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2027 and €100 million 1.444 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due April 2038.

Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) as issuer on the update of their US$20 billion U.S. Medium-Term Note Program and issuance thereunder of US$350 million senior preferred floating rate notes due 2025, US$800 million 3.950% senior preferred notes due 2027, and US$850 million 3.650% senior preferred notes due 2025.

Citigroup Global Markets Limited, First Abu Dhabi Bank P.J.S.C., Goldman Sachs International, Merrill Lynch International, Rand Merchant Bank - a division of FirstRand Bank Limited (London Branch) and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited as Arrangers and Dealers on the update of Africa Finance Corporation's US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank: (i) as arrangers and dealers on the Republic of Angola's update of its global medium term note programme (ii) as joint lead managers for the Republic of Angola's issuance of US$1.75 billion 8.75 per cent. Notes due 2032 in accordance with Rule 144A and Reg S and (iii) as dealer managers on the Republic of Angola's tender offer of its 9.5% US$1.5 billion Notes 2025 and 8.25% US$1.75 billion Notes due 2028.

Standard Chartered Bank, as Lead Manager, on a private placement for Access Bank Plc on the offering of US$50 million Step-Up Green Notes due 2027 under its US$1.5 billion global medium term note programme.

United Bank for Africa Plc on the establishment of a US$1.5 billion global medium-term note programme and issuance thereunder of US$300 million 6.75% senior unsecured notes due 2026 and a concurrent tender offer in respect of United Bank for Africa Plc's outstanding US$500 million 7.750% Notes due 2022.

African Export Import Bank, Citigroup and J.P.Morgan as Joint Lead Managers on the offering of US$400 million 7.625 per cent Reg S and Rule144A notes issued by Fidelity Bank plc. The notes are admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin.

Elenia Verkko Oyj as Issuer on the update of their €3 billion multicurrency programme in October 2021, for the issuance of bonds.

The Republic of Ghana on the update of its GMTN program and issuance thereunder of US$1.250 billion 6.375% amortizing notes due 2027, US$1 billion 7.875% amortizing notes due 2035 and US$750 million 8.750% amortizing notes due 2061 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. as initial purchaser on the issuance of approximately US$457.4 million of collateralized loan obligation notes by Wellfleet CLO 2020-1, Ltd. as issuer and Wellfleet CLO 2020-1, LLC, as co-issuer.

BNP Paribas as arranger and initial purchaser of the €215.250 million refinancing of the Class A notes issued by BNPP AM Euro CLO 2017 B.V. for BNP Paribas Asset Management France SAS as collateral manager.
