Overview

Abigail Mahoney is an associate in the global White Collar Practice and is based in the Boston office. She helps individuals and companies through complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including government investigations, litigation, and trials. She also maintains an active pro bono practice ranging from asylum and immigration matters to post-conviction habeas proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Abigail served as a law clerk to the Hon. John A. Woodcock, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine.

Abigail graduated from Boston College Law School, where she served as an Executive Notes Editor for the Boston College Law Review and an Environmental Law Teaching Program fellow with faculty status at Boston College. Before law school, Abigail taught high school biology in Miami, FL.
