Abraham joined White & Case Mexico in 2022. His practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and banking transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Prior to joining White & Case, Abraham worked at the Mexico City office of a prestigious, New York-based law firm.
Abraham's experience includes the representation of sellers and purchasers in domestic and cross-border joint ventures and M&As in several markets, including: food production, retail and oil & gas. Abraham also has extensive experience in a wide range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, financial restructurings in the context of domestic bankruptcy proceedings and credit facilities restructurings. Abraham has regularly represented and advised local banking institutions in connection with complex transactions in the telecommunications and public infrastructure sectors.
