Biography

Adam is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group, resident in White & Case's Houston office. His practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on the development and construction of energy sector projects, with a particular emphasis on energy transition initiatives. Adam assists with the preparation and negotiation of key project documents, including LNG sale and purchase agreements, gas sales agreements, long-term service agreements, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts. He has supported matters across traditional E&P, LNG, petrochemicals, hydrogen, and renewables (including solar, energy storage, and biomass projects), as well as mining and metals. Adam is committed to helping clients navigate the evolving energy landscape.

Adam graduated with his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum and Co-President of the Jewish Law Students Association. Before law school, Adam received his Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Tulane University, where he was a recipient of the Charles H. Murphy Prize, recognizing the top graduates in the Political Economy program.
