Biography
Adrian González Vizcarra is an Associate in the International Arbitration group in the Firm's Mexico City office. His practice is focused on both commercial and investment arbitration. His experience spans energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, manufacturing and human rights. He has experience representing clients before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).
Prior to joining White & Case, Adrian worked in a leading international arbitration firm in London, and as an associate in a Mexican firm specialized in commercial and constitutional litigation. During his postgraduate studies he also worked for the Mexican Embassy in Norway, where he provided legal advice in the consular section.
Adrian has lived, studied and/or worked in Mexico, the United Kingdom and Norway.

Representing a Middle Eastern State in an ICSID arbitration in the telecommunications sector.
Representing an energy company in a PCA arbitration against a State, arising out of the cancellation of a major energy project.
Representing a Caribbean State in complaint proceedings before the IACHR.
