Overview

Agathe Malphettes is counsel in the intellectual property and information technology practice in Paris. Her practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of intellectual property law (copyrights, trademarks, designs and models, patents), IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, Cloud computing), Internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, liability of technical intermediaries), telecommunications law, data protection and media. Prior to joining White & Case in 2013, Agathe worked in the legal department of a major high-end fashion brand in New York. She also acquired experience in the Internet law department of a leading French IT law firm as well as in the IP/IT department of another major French law firm, both located in Paris.
