Biography
Overview
Ahmad is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group based in Cairo. Before joining White & Case, Ahmad worked as a public prosecutor and as an associate for a top-tier law firm in Cairo in Corporate and M&A departments.
Ahmad has experience advising Egyptian and international clients on general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. He also has a range of experience on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals and food and beverage industries.

Represented CI Capital Holding on the acquisition of a majority stake in Thebes Educational Management Holding B.V., which indirectly owns Nahda University in Beni Suef; transaction value undisclosed.**
Represented AfricInvest in the acquisition of a minority stake in Masria Cards S.A.E (Masria Digital Payments); transaction value undisclosed.**
Represented a private equity on its acquisition of a majority stake in a major manufacturer of an environmental technologies products manufacturer in Egypt, at a value of EGP 1.5 billion.**
Advising AXA on all legal aspects relating to their polyclinics project in Egypt. Representing AXA before the relevant governmental authorities and syndicates and obtaining the operational licenses for their polyclinics.
