Biography
Ainhoa is an associate in the White & Case Litigation practice in Madrid.
She has experience advising multinational corporations in domestic and international complex civil litigation, arbitration disputes and competition litigation, as well as advising technology and social media companies in commercial litigation disputes, regulatory matters, and in the areas of EU and Spanish antitrust and competition law.
Ainhoa's white collar experience includes conducting internal investigations and representing and advising multinational companies in criminal matters.
