Alberto focuses his legal practice in project finance, asset finance, project development and general corporate and financial matters.

Before joining White & Case, Alberto was a member of a prestigious international transactional law firm, working in their Mexico City and Madrid offices, advising several national and international clients on complex financial matters.

His most recent professional experience has been strongly focused on the financing and development of projects, particularly energy, infrastructure and real estate projects.
