Aleksander Eggink
Biography
Aleksander is an associate in the Debt Finance Practice at the Warsaw office of White & Case.
He advises on banking and finance matters, including the preparation of facility and loan agreement documentation and support with the management of financing projects. He works closely with lenders and borrowers and has experience on matters involving clients in Poland and the DACH region. He also has broader transactional experience in company law, M&A, contract and commercial advisory work.
Prior to joining White & Case, Aleksander gained experience in the banking and finance team of an international law firm in Warsaw and through internships at other leading law firms and finance-related organizations.

His experience includes the following:
Lenders: representation of Erste Bank Polska S.A. and Landesbank Hessen Thüringen Girozentrale in connection with the development financing of AFI Europe's Polish real estate portfolio, including senior facilities in a total amount of €120 million.*
Borrower: representation of an international wagon manufacturer in connection with the restructuring of its indebtedness.*
Nextbike Polska: ongoing representation of Nextbike Polska S.A. corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, ESG, day‑to‑day functioning of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as drafting and implementation of internal regulations.*
Aareal Bank: representation of Aareal Bank AG in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of shopping centers located across eight cities in Poland by Shopper Park Plus, with a total facility amount of €210 million.*
Borrower: representation of a Polish entity acting as guarantor in connection with a cross border financing granted to an international group, including advice on Polish law aspects and implementation of the security package in Poland.*
BNP Paribas Bank Polska: representation of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. in connection with VAT financing related to the acquisition of commercial real estate assets in Poland by BlueRock.*
7R: representation of 7R S.A. in connection with the development financing of logistics asset located in Poland, through facilities with a total value exceeding €28 million.*
Commerzbank: representation of Commerzbank AG in connection with the Polish law aspects of security for a German law governed facility agreement.*
