Biography
Aleksandra Wojdas specializes in corporate law, with significant transactional experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
She has advised both domestic and international clients throughout various stages of M&A transactions, including legal due diligence, structuring, and the preparation of transactional documentation. Her capital markets experience includes legal support in initial public offerings (IPOs) and establishing bond and covered bond issuance programs.
Aleksandra also supports clients with venture capital and private equity investments, as well as financing rounds for startups and growth companies. She regularly prepares corporate governance documentation and provides ongoing advice on general corporate matters and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining White & Case, Aleksandra gained experience in one of the leading international law firms in Warsaw, where she focused on tax matters.

Polski Światłowód Otwarty sp. z o.o.: representation Polish wholesale fiber optic network operator Polski Światłowód Otwarty sp. z o.o. on the acquisition of Elsat sp. z o.o. from Vectra S.A., a major Polish provider of fixed-line internet and television services, whose network reaches approximately 4.2 million households.
ORLEN S.A.: representation of ORLEN S.A. as issuer on the issuance of 10-year unsecured bonds with a nominal value of US$1.25 billion and a 6% annual coupon. This marks ORLEN's inaugural bond issuance targeted at US investors based on the registration exemption pursuant to Rule 144A under the US Securities Act. The bonds are listed on the regulated market operated by Euronext Dublin. White & Case also advised on the update of the programme.
Diagnostyka S.A.: representation of underwriters on the PLN 1.7 billion (€403.8 million) IPO and listing of shares of Diagnostyka S.A., Poland's largest network of medical laboratories, on the regulated market of the WSE (Regulation S and Rule 144A). The successful debut was the first IPO on the WSE and one of the largest private equity exit on a regional exchange in 2025 so far.
Murapol S.A.: representation of the managers on the PLN 404 million IPO (Regulation S) and admission to trading of shares in Murapol S.A., one of the largest residential developers in Poland, on the regulated market of the WSE – the only IPO on the WSE in 2023 (Regulation S).
Hanwha Aerospace Co., Ltd.: representation of Hanwha Aerospace on the framework contract signed with the Ministry of National Defense of Poland in 2022 for the supply of K9 self-propelled howitzers to the Polish army and the executive contracts.
