Alex Fields is a Commercial Litigation associate in the Los Angeles Office and a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Industry Group.
Alex advises and defends global technology companies in litigation and regulatory matters involving diverse subjects, including intermediary safe harbor immunity, content moderation, data protection, e-commerce, consumer protection, competition, cybersecurity, financial transactions, IP infringement, and advertising. He also advises clients regarding new product launches, terms / policy updates, and the impact of new and proposed legislation.
Prior to joining White & Case, Alex worked in the San Francisco office of an international law firm where he represented and advised technology companies regarding various matters, including patent, trade secrets, DMCA, unfair competition, and breach of contract matters.
