Dr. Alexander Joost practices as a lawyer in White & Case's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice and is based in the Hamburg office.
He focuses on advising companies, managers, shareholders, creditors, and other interested parties in distressed situations, including out-of-court restructurings and within insolvency proceedings.
Prior to joining White & Case as associate, Dr. Alexander Joost completed parts of his legal traineeship in White & Case's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice in the Hamburg and New York offices.
