Alexandre Ghanty joined the Paris Office of White & Case in January 2022 as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) practice.
His practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration, outsourcing, SaaS, cloud computing), internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, liability of technical intermediaries), data protection and IP law (copyrights, trademarks, designs and models).
Prior to joining White & Case, Alexandre acquired experience in the IP/IT department of a leading French law firm in Paris.
