Overview

Alicia Hardy is counsel at White & Case and the Firm's Director of Professional Support responsible for leading the Professional Support function worldwide in developing and implementing global, local and practice-specific knowledge management strategies and initiatives.

Alicia has over 24 years of experience in law, including as a Corporate transactional lawyer and, for the last 17 years, in various Knowledge, Professional Support and Training roles. Alicia has a wealth of experience in the theory and practice of good knowledge management and can offer selected clients advice on in improving their knowledge sharing culture and leveraging their and our internal resources.
