Biography

Overview

Allyson Reynolds is a litigation associate in White & Case's New York office. Her practice focuses on complex, cross-border commercial disputes and data protection (GDPR) issues. She has represented a range of clients in various industries before the world's highest courts, including the United States Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.

Allyson maintains an active pro bono practice devoted to international human rights matters, and she sits on the New York City Bar Association International Human Rights Committee. During law school, Allyson represented clients seeking immigration relief through the Transnational Legal Clinic and also interned for the International Criminal Court.  She received the Dean Jefferson B. Fordham Human Rights Award from the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to law school, Allyson served as a Teach for America corps member in Newark, New Jersey.

Experience

Represented a US State at the Western District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in a dispute over an arbitration award.

Investigated allegations of fraud and other misconduct by a data center infrastructure technology company.

Represented two children with special educational needs at the Southern District of New York in a dispute with the local school district.
