Biography
Amelia is an associate in our EMEA Private Equity team based in London, as part of our global M&A and Corporate practice.
Amelia has acted for financial sponsors and corporate clients on a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, minority investments, equity arrangements and corporate advisory matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Amelia practiced at a leading Australian law firm.

iNova Pharmaceuticals, a portfolio company of Pacific Equity Partners and The Carlyle Group, on its sale to TPG Capital.*
CRH plc on its divestment of the Building Envelope business to KPS Capital Partners.*
TDM Growth Partners in respect of its investment in online supplies business Pet Circle and the now ASX-listed restaurant chain Guzman y Gomez.*
Pacific Equity Partners on the establishment of its trans-Tasman poultry business Agright.*
Adamantem Capital on:
- its acquisition of GenesisCare's cardiology, sleep and respiratory business;*
- its acquisition of recyclable packaging business Pac Trading and bolt-on acquisition Ecoware;*
- its acquisition of consumer goods company NAK Hair.*
