Amelia is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. Her experience includes representing investment banks and issuers on a range of cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, accelerated bookbuild offerings and other public and private financings.
Amelia trained at White & Case and spent six months working in the Firm's Singapore office.
Represented Kobalt Music Group in a US$75 million funding round led by Hearst Entertainment with participation from Balderton Capital and MSD Capital.
Represented the selling shareholders on the sale of 8,074,204 shares (at a value of €114,653,697) in Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales S.A. by way of an accelerated bookbuild managed by Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. The selling shareholders are, variously, ultimately owned by Arle Capital Partners Ltd., and Smithfield Capital Partners Ltd.
Represented Play Communications S.A. and its shareholders, Novator and Olympia, on the €1 billion initial public offering of Play on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Represented Goldman Sachs International as global coordinator and joint international bookrunner, Merrill Lynch International as joint international bookrunner and Is Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. as domestic bookrunner on the initial public offering and listing on Borsa Istanbul of Mavi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.
Represented GTECH S.p.A. in its issuance of senior secured notes denominated in three tranches totalling US$3.2 billion and two tranches totalling €1.55 billion, equivalent in aggregate to approximately US$5.2 billion.
