Ana is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, and a member of the Firm's global technology industry group. Her litigation practice focuses on representing technology and social media companies in commercial litigation disputes and regulatory matters. Specifically, Ana serves as a member of a team that manages international civil litigation and regulatory investigations for social media companies on a global basis, including matters concerning data protection, privacy, intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation, intellectual property infringement, elections, and consumer class action claims.
Ana is actively involved in pro bono work with a focus on international human rights.
Ana earned her JD from USC Gould School of Law. During law school, Ana was a member of Hale Moot Court and earned the Fox Rothschild Best Brief Award 2014-2015. Ana also served as a student attorney in the International Human Rights Clinic, a teaching assistant to Professor Ronald Garet, and an extern to the Honorable Michael R. Wilner in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
