Andreas is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group based in Frankfurt.

He represents domestic and international clients in complex commercial disputes both in and out of court with a particular focus on banking, corporate and real estate litigation.

Andreas also advised corporate clients, financial institutions and investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate law matters as well as start-ups on venture capital transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate, Andreas gained valuable professional experiences as a research assistant and legal trainee in the Firm's Frankfurt and Düsseldorf office. He studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz.
