CVC Capital Partners in a consortium of investors in the US$3.5 billion investment for a 22.55% stake in Authentic Brands Group LLC, a brand management company and owner of a portfolio of brand name companies.
Quad-C Management, Inc. in its US$1.2 billion sale of AIT Worldwide Logistics Holdings, Inc., a leading global provider of transportation and logistics solutions, to The Jordan Company.
Falcon's Beyond Global, LLC, a leading fully integrated global entertainment development company specializing in intellectual property creation and expansion, in its US$1 billion merger with FAST Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: FZT), a SPAC.
Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: IPAX), a SPAC, on its definitive business combination agreement with Intuitive Machines, LLC, a leading space exploration, infrastructure and services company. The combined company will be named Intuitive Machines Inc. upon closing.

Itaú will acquire 35 percent of Avenue at the first closing for US$92 million and an additional 15.1% at least two years thereafter to obtain a 50.1% controlling stake in Avenue. Itaú will also be able to exercise a call option to acquire the remaining equity interests of Avenue. Our White & Case team also advised Itau in structuring and negotiating a shareholders agreement with Avenue's shareholders.
