Biography

Overview

Since he started his professional career, Andrés has focused his practice in administrative and tax litigation. His experience includes the submission of several means of defense, such as administrative appeals, annulment suits and constitutional trials, in order to protect clients against acts of any type of authorities that violate human rights protected by the Federal Constitution.

After joining White & Case LLP, Andrés worked at a recognized Mexican law firm and at an international firm, where he attended all kinds of disputes before the authorities, the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, District Courts and Circuit Courts. His experience also includes attending alternative defense methods, such as concluding agreements initiated before the Taxpayer's Rights Protection Office ("Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente").

Andrés has also collaborated in many transactions of national and international companies, advising and assisting them with the possible risks and contingencies.

Throughout his professional career, Andrés has also attended several pro bono subjects.
