Anis Bendimred is an attorney-at-law in the EMEA M&A Practice Group of White & Case in Luxembourg.

Anis has experience in investment fund, financial, corporate and commercial disputes, including litigation and arbitration involving shareholders, multinational companies and financial institutions. He also regularly advises on transactional matters, particularly in cross-border M&A deals, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings.

Before joining White & Case, Anis worked at other leading international law firms, where he advised and represented a broad range of clients — including investment funds, management companies and global companies — in both contentious and transactional matters across multiple jurisdictions.
