Biography

Overview

Anna Dold advises national and international companies in the areas of data protection and technology law.

Her practice focuses on assisting clients on a broad range of data protection matters, including European and German data protection law compliance, international data transfers and data breaches. In addition, she advises on data protection aspects of corporate and business transactions including M&A and PE projects, product launches, technology projects, business cooperations and restructurings with a particular focus on the financial, technology, automotive and pharma industries.

In the technology area, she has extensive experience with large information technology and business process outsourcing arrangements, software license and development agreements, and digitization initiatives.
