Biography
Overview
Anna Dold advises national and international companies in the areas of data protection and technology law.
Her practice focuses on assisting clients on a broad range of data protection matters, including European and German data protection law compliance, international data transfers and data breaches. In addition, she advises on data protection aspects of corporate and business transactions including M&A and PE projects, product launches, technology projects, business cooperations and restructurings with a particular focus on the financial, technology, automotive and pharma industries.
In the technology area, she has extensive experience with large information technology and business process outsourcing arrangements, software license and development agreements, and digitization initiatives.

Deutsche Bank
Advised Deutsche Bank on a strategic, multi-year partnership with Google Cloud aimed at accelerating the bank's transition to cloud services and the co-innovation of new products and services, with a focus on the contractual, regulatory, IP and data protection aspects of the transaction.
PEAC
Advised PEAC (Germany) GmbH (PEAC Finance Europe) on the acquisition of the business of AAB Leasing GmbH (AABL), a subsidiary of Augsburger Aktienbank Aktiengesellschaft and LVM Landwirtschaftlicher Versicherungsverein Muenster a.G.
EU General Data Protection Regulation
Advised numerous clients on the potential impact and the implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Reviewed the proposed introduction of a group-wide HR management system by a leading manufacturer of wires and cables under the data protection laws of more than 30 countries.

Advised a leading international consumer goods manufacturer on its establishment of intra-group shared services centers with respect to data protection and employment law-related matters in 25 countries.
Major German cooperative bank
After supporting the contract negotiations for the complete outsourcing of the IT landscape (second-generation outsourcing) and the change of the core banking system, we also provide legal advice with regard to project replanning and follow-up orders, such as further programming activities by the provider.
