Biography
Anne-Sophie Noury is a partner in our Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice and Head of the Restructuring department in Paris.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Anne-Sophie is one of the preeminent restructuring lawyers in the French market. She combines deep technical expertise with a decisive, deal-driven approach on the most complex distressed situations and has market-leading experience in distressed leverage transactions and sophisticated cross-border restructurings. She is also one of the few restructuring lawyers in France able to handle both high-end out-of-court and in-court restructurings, including Chapter 7-like processes. Anne-Sophie has comprehensive knowledge of debtor-company restructuring and a strong track record of acting for distressed funds, sponsors and corporates on the takeover of French companies via share and asset deals, often in highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments.
Distinguished in "Hall of Fame" by the last edition of Legal 500, Anne-Sophie is also recognized as an "outstanding restructuring lawyer with an ability to embrace complex situations" by Chambers.
Anne-Sophie is deeply engaged in the professional network within her field and is a member of the International Insolvency Institute, the Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE) and Women in Restructuring (WIR). Also highly involved in the market's thought-leadership ecosystem, Anne-Sophie is a regular contributor to leading guides, including as co-author of the France chapters of Chambers, GRR and Legal 500, and is a frequent speaker at major restructuring conferences. She is invited to comment on cutting-edge developments in French and European restructuring tools and to share practical insights from the landmark transactions she leads.
Anne-Sophie has advised on a significant number of major French restructuring matters including Bourbon, Altice, Colisée, Casino, Orpea*, Vallourec*, Novares*, Rallye*, Conforama*, Technicolor* and Pierre & Vacances*.
Anne-Sophie joined the Firm from an international law firm in Paris, where she was a partner and co-head of the Paris restructuring/insolvency practice.

Bpifrance (2026)
Representation of Bpifrance, a reference shareholder in the SEQENS Group since 2021, on the Group's financial restructuring.
MBDA (2026)
Representation of MBDA on the acquisition of the activities of the Écully, Moirans and Palaiseau sites of Centum T&S, which has been placed under judicial reorganization proceedings, including more than 200 employees.
Forvia (2026)
Representation of Forvia on the acquisition of the equity stake held in Symbio from Stellantis, as Stellantis decided to halt its hydrogen-related activities as of 2026, and the operational restructuring of Symbio, adjusting Symbio's size and refocusing its operations.
Bourbon Group (2026)
Representation of Davidson Kempner Capital Management on the completion of Bourbon's financial and capital restructuring. Under this agreement, funds managed by affiliates of Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Fortress Investment Group will enter the capital and become the majority shareholders of the Company.
Colisée Group (2025)
Representation of the senior lenders of the TLB on the conclusion of an agreement in principle, signed by the Group and endorsed by almost all financial creditors, regarding the financial restructuring of Colisée Group.
Altice (2025)
Representation of the Altice Group on the conclusion of a framework agreement with the majority of its creditors holding term loans and senior secured notes at the level of Altice France SA, as well as certain creditors holding senior notes at the level of the parent company Altice France Holding SA, for the restructuring of its €24.1 billion existing debt.
