Arielle Moseley is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of White & Case in the Global Commercial Litigation practice. Arielle focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and regulatory matters in state and federal court, representing a variety of individual, corporate, and private equity clients. She has experience in a broad range of issues, including contract disputes, fact-gathering investigations, and cutting-edge technology matters concerning privacy and data protection and intermediary liability.
Building on a decade of experience in the education and nonprofit sector, Arielle maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on appellate advocacy and educational equity.
While at Northwestern law school, Arielle honed her oral advocacy skills by competing in Moot Court Society tournaments.
