Ashwin is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in Dubai. Ashwin is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.
Ashwin has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity leveraged buyout transactions.
Experience
Representative experience includes:
- Bain Capital on the disposal of esure (a UK based insurance business).
- PAI Partners on its acquisition of Audiotonix.
- Th UK aspects of Advent International’s sale of Aareon to TPG.
- The corporate aspects of the restructuring of a private equity backed professional services group.
- Several PE funds on the implementation of management incentive plans and general portfolio company corporate matters.
- Leading European banks on the financing of NPL portfolios.
- A development finance provider on the securitisation of its real estate loan portfolio.
- Blackstone, BlackRock and Carlyle on a number of CLO transactions.
