Barney is an associate in White & Case's Construction and Engineering group based in London where he focuses on construction and project development matters, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Barney advises corporates, lenders, sponsors, and governments on a wide range of construction and project development matters globally across a range of sectors including the natural resources, energy, power and infrastructure sectors.

Barney has also gained experience working in the London office's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance (EIPAF) team and the London office's International Arbitration team, and has completed a six-month secondment to the Firm's Madrid office, also in the International Arbitration team.
